Since the previous logo contest for the Ubuntu Texas logo went belly up, I thought I would make it a bit more interesting (also since we have gained many new members since the last contest).

Rules:

No obscenity

Try to make it as forthcoming and possible (no dark or foreboding colors)

Include either 'ubuntu-tx', 'ubuntu texas', etc... somewhere in the logo.

Everything submitted to the contest must be released under the Creative Commons license.

Submissions must be entered July 15th.

Suggestions:

Have a copy of the logo in a SVG format, for smalling branding.

The Winner:

Whoever has the winning logo will receive one item of their choice from the Canonical Store. (https://shop.canonical.com/)
