I recently received notice that an official Texas Team mailing list has been created on Launchpad.  This list was requested over a year ago so it's just another step in getting the Texas Team approved.  To subscribe to the Team and mailing list, see this site:https://launchpad.net/~texasteam   I'm still not sure how to proceed with organizing the Texas Team as I think the city teams are already doing a great job of meeting local needs.  I see the Texas Team as an umbrella organization helping to reallocate resources to the city teams.  We might also try monthly IRC meetings to help share ideas and get thing moving forward.  Any thoughts?
