I work for the City of Bridgeport as there Interim IT administrator. Even though Bridgeport is a Windows shop (mainly because they're ignorant) I have been able to instate several Ubuntu Linux desktops at the Library for public access. Most seem to be very...pleased with them if only the librarians were as enthusiastic. The Library as a establishment is switching to a Linux based Cataloging program called Evergreen.
